High School Conference
June 20-22, 2008
Join us for the Steubenville conference this summer! It's still several months away, but the conference is already sold out. St. Thomas More bought a number of tickets, but once they're gone, they're gone! Steubenville is intense, really fun, and everything in between. Participants never regret being part of the weekend. download Join our weekly Bible study, open all high school youth who want to dig deeper into their faith. It's a time to dive into the living Word of God, get to know others in a small group setting, and be challenged and encouraged in faith. Even if you can't come every single week, no problem - just come when you can. And bring your own Bible, so you can begin to take ownership of Scripture.
Interested in journalism? Then The Spark is for you! Every other month, youth ministry publishes a newsletter that is by, for, and about the youth of STM. We need writers, graphic designers, poets, photographers and editors. Spark meetings are held every other month from 5:00-6:00pm in Sue's office, right before Servant Leadership Night (click here for the calendar). Calling all high school youth! Do you play softball? Every summer, the Archdiocese sponsors a youth co-ed softball league. All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to join us. Practices are on Thursday nights and start in May; games are on Sunday evenings throughout June and July, with the final tournament in late July or early August. Start looking for information in April. Permission Slip required!
Please pray for the 23 STM pilgrims as we continue to prepare for this summer's celebration.
