Retreats are an integral part of your child’s spiritual growth!  Some of our upcoming retreats are listed below!


Fall Retreat: Held each fall at a camp in the mountains, this year we will be going up to Covenant Heights in Estes Park from Friday evening September 19 to Sunday Afternoon September 21.  This retreat is for 6th - 8th grade and will be a weekend of retreating from the pressures of the culture and rediscovering God's intense love for His children: US!!  Cost is $100 and covers lodging, meals and transportation for the weekend!

 

Mountain Madness: Every year 500+ Junior High students and their youth ministers gather in Estes Park for an awesome experience of God in prayer/liturgy, great speakers, and some incredible natural beauty.The Archdiocese runs this retreat at the YMCA of the Rockies, during Presidents Day weekend. It is a chance for them to get to come together with many other kids their age.  Don't miss it!  Cost TBD


6th Grade Dive-In Summer Retreat: This 6th grade ONLY retreat gives 6th graders an opportunity to meet other 6th graders and learn how "Dive In" to their faith.  This summer "Dive In" is August 1st and 2nd! It will begin with Guppy Fest at 1pm (bring a sack dinner) and continue through the Tony Melendez concert. After the concert those attending the Dive In retreat will spend the night in the Catacombs, playing games, listening to one more encouraging talk, and having a ton of fun! Be sure that you bring a sleeping bag, pillow, change of clothes, a snack to share, and a sack dinner for Friday night's dinner. 

 

Guppy Fest:  Home Deep Hope!  August 1st we will be gathering youth from all over the Archdiocese of Denver for a day of fun!  We are blessed this year to have Tony Melendez coming for a keynote and concert!  If you don't know who Tony is check out his website www.tonymelendez.com   and ours for some tidbits about his life!  The cost is only $10 for the whole day PLUS the concert!  Don't miss out on this AWESOME day! Meet in the Church gym at 1pm (bring a sack dinner) and stay until 10pm!!!
